The following is meant as a guideline as to what natural foods and remedies a person can use for certain ailing problems. These protocols are meant as a helpful guide and are not meant to diagnose or treat. In office recommendations are not included.

Candida is basically a fungal overgrowth in the intestines. Candida is shaped like a thin whitish wormlike string with a long tail. All humans have some candida, the problem happens when there is an overgrowth of this fungus. This usually happens for a few reasons, but mainly due to an excess of heavy metals in the body. The candida, basically trap the heavy metal molecules in their tails in order to prevent the heavy metals from going straight to the tissues and organs, causing illness. If one simply kills off the candida, well guess where those heavy metals end up? The solution is to get to the cause for the heavy metals infestation in the first place, making the need for the protective candida unnecessary.
